Neighbourhood Plan

Neighbourhood Plans are part of the Government's new approach to planning which aims to give local people more say about how their area is developed.

The Neighbourhood Plan for Tilney All Saints went to referendum on 22nd July 2021 where 90.4%, of those who voted, voted in favour.

The Neighbourhood Plan was adopted and brought into force by the Borough Council King's Lynn & West Norfolk on 27th July 2021.

The Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk will now use the Neighbourhood Plan for Tilney All Saints to help it decide planning applications in the parish.

The Parish Council will continue to comment on any new planning applications as usual.

The decisions will still made by the Borough Council.
